The response from the Obama camp was short and swift to Governor Romney's criticism Tuesday night of the Obama presidency. Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney says comments made Tuesday by Vice President Joe Biden are "reckless" and follow a pattern of comments by the Obama campaign "that disgrace the office of the presidency." Biden told an audience in southern Virginia that included hundreds of black voters that Romney wants to put them "back in chains" by deregulating Wall Street. But the Obama campaign says the statements show that Romney's campaign is "unhinged." ABC's Sam Donaldson say this back and forth is just getting started.
