Budget Battle Leads To Twitter Taunts

Signaling an attempt to break an budget impasse, President Barack Obama got on the phone Thursday and reached out to GOP leaders. But ABC's Ann Compton reports neither side reported progress and aides taunted each other with Twitter messages.
