Deadly Explosion At Texas Fertilizer Plant

A series of explosions at a fertilizer plant in West, Texas, Wednesday night injured more than 160 of people and apparently triggered fires in surrounding structures. ABC's Jim Ryan tells us the plant is being treated as a crime scene.
