Just as the economy seems to be gaining momentum, the Congressional Budget Office released its 2012 Budget and Economic Forecast.

 

In a word, the forecast is gloomy.  ABC's Ann Compton tells KOMO's Bill Yeend and Manda Factor the forecast will stretch through the election year and beyond.
