House Passes Debt Ceiling Bill

House Republicans backed away from a battle over the government's debt cap. They permitted President Barack Obama's Democratic allies to drive quick passage of a measure to increase the government's borrowing cap without any concessions from the White House. But Texas Republican Senator Ted Cruz says it's basic common sense to live within your means and that's what congress should be doing. More from ABC's White House Correspondent Ann Compton.
