Since completing his enlisted service with the US Marines in 2003, Rich Blake has been pursuing his doctoral degree in clinical psychology at Loyola University Maryland.
He now has orders to report to Madigan Army Medical Center where he will be commissioned as a Captain and return to active service as a psychology intern. He has to be here on June 4th...so he is hopping on his bicycle to make the cross-country trip. He explained to KOMO's Manda Factor and Tom Hutyler why he's decided to take the scenic route across the country:
