Penn State sex abuse report

Today's report on the Penn State sex abuse scandal shows the late Joe Paterno and other leaders at the school hid information about what Jerry Sandusky was doing to avoid bad publicity. Tumwater-based clinical psychologist Carla Van Dom isn't surprised. She says civil lawsuits that FORCE schools and other organizations to hold their people accountable are the only way to change things.
