SDOT Tweaks Signals On Mercer

Drivers had trouble on Monday adjusting to the changes on Mercer, which is now a two-way street. Now the Seattle Department of Transportation is tweaking the signals a bit. Rick Sheridan with SDOT joined Gregg and Manda to explain.
