No one has gotten sick in Washington yet this year because of West Nile Virus. But it has already shown up in Franklin and Yakima counties. Meanwhile, insecticide spraying planes have been in the air over Dallas, Texas, trying to get rid of the mosquitos that carry the virus. ABC's Jim Ryan tells us it has been a controversial tactic.
