Troop Surge Officially Over

The U.S. troop surge has ended in Afghanistan. The 33,000 troops that President Obama ordered there in 2010 to suppress the Taliban have now returned home. ABC's Aaron Katersky reports there are still lots of troops in Afghanistan.
