This is completely overblown. I have friends who are sovereign, and they are just normal people who realized how the government has enslaved us all. As for "paper terrorism" they are only responding to tyranny in the exact same way the government responds to its citizens in the first place. Example: try to read and understand the US Tax Code. That is paper terrorism.
