McKenna Reacts to Backpage Ruling

A federal judge in Seattle has issued a temporary injunction against a new state law aimed at cracking down on advertisements for child prostitutes on sites such as Backpage.com

The judge says the law could have a chilling effect on free speech.

State Attorney General Rob McKenna told Jane and Tom on KOMO's Afternoon News, that  he's  disappointed by the ruling, and he would appeal to higher courts if the judge overturned the law.
