Rep. Adam Smith on Washington's new pot law

Republican representatives Dave Reichert and Cathy McMoriis Rodgers aren't saying if they think users should be arrested by FEDERAL AGENTS, according to the Seattle Times.

Senators Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell, both democrats, personally oppose legal pot.  And they haven't made their views that clear either.

But democratic congressman Adam Smith has come out and asked the feds NOT to arrest marijuana users.
