13 Coins Restaurant. The Seattle landmark is opening a new and supposedly ‘hip’ location in the Bellevue Hyatt Regency, reports the Seattle Times. Opening ‘late this year’, the new branch will be 8,000-square-feet and designed by the company behind Revel, Walrus and the Carpenter, Skillet Diner and Miller’s Guild.
Local Burger. We told you about it back in early June, and now it’s open! The burger joint has officially opened on Main Street, reports the Downtown Bellevue Network. This is another Local 360 opening – last week they opened Bell + Whete in Belltown as well.
Koral Restaurant. To make way for the new 13 Coins Restaurant mentioned above, a post on the Downtown Bellevue Network’s website tell us that Koral in the Bellevue Hyatt Regency is closing after two years of business.
Crush. Eater reports that Crush is on the market. Owner and Chef Jason Wilson (winner of the 2010 James Beard Best Chef Northwest and the man behind Miller's Guild), has the Capitol Hill/Madison Valley real estate and business selling for $970,000 excluding the restaurant's name and recipes.
