2014 seems to be the year of skincare treatment in Seattle, with multiple stores, spas and national brands opening shops here.

Here’s a look at who is new in town, where they are, and what they’re offering.

SkinSpirit
Originally a Bay Area skincare clinic and spa, SkinSpirit is opening locations in Bellevue, University Village, and Redmond this month. The fun spin is that CEO Lynn Heublein is a Seattle native, so it’s a bit of a homecoming for her. The U-Village spa will be taking the place of Calidora, and all clinics will offer services like dermaplanning, body contouring, and injectables.

Dermaspace
This popular electrotherapy space is moving from their Queen Anne location to downtown Seattle on Olive Way this month. Dermaspace will still boast it’s signature Iderm Facial Treatment, which they attest is the beauty secret to stars like Brad Pitt and Bette Midler.

Bluemercury
Also coming to University Village is Bluemercury, a makeup, skincare and spa shop. The Seattle location will be the 49th store nationally for the brand, and its 15th anniversary is right around the corner. The shop sells brands like La Mer, Trish McEvoy and Bobbi Brown - as well as their own line M-61.
