Pizzeria Gabbiano. Il Corvo, the pasta lover’s paradise, is getting a sister restaurant of sorts. Mike Easton is also opening Pizzeria Gabbiano in Pioneer Square on June 1, focusing around the kind of pizza you’d be served in Campo de’ Fiori in Rome, Eater reports. If Gabbiano is half as popular and delicious as Il Corvo – you probably want to start camping out now.
99 Park Restaurant. 99 Park, set to open next to Bellevue’s downtown park is opening in July, and will mix casual and fine dining. Downtown Bellevue Network reports the new spot will serve “globally-influed Northwest cuisine”, and will serve lunch, dinner and late night happy hour.
Restaurant Marron. Eater tells us Restaurant Marron is moving to the former Olivar location on Roy St. of Capitol Hill. Keeping in touch with the original ‘fine dining experience’, Marron will be serving up $58 four-course tasting menus or $189 small plates (18 of them).
