The Seattle Times reports that Pacific Place Mall in downtown Seattle was sold yesterday for $271 million. The property has been for sale since January 2014. 

The article states that the 350,000-square-foot mall was purchased by real-estate management firm Madison Marquette and unnamed offshore investors. Madison Marquette also owns Bellevue Galleria, Capitol Hill Broadway Market and Town Center at Lake Forest Park and manages Issaquah Commons, Lynnwood Center and Westwood Village in West Seattle.
