Seattle - $600,000

Mercer Island - $599,000

Tacoma - $599,000

This is the only waterfront house on the list, with 3 beds and 2.5 baths. At 1,830 square feet and built last year (2013), this house has three decks and sits on a 3,999 square foot lot.

Everett - $599,950

This 3 bed/3.25 bath in Everett has is the largest of the batch with 3,252 square feet on a 5,951 square foot lot. Two stories and a basement, the house was built in 1994 and has a walk in closet and pantry, vaulted ceilings, and a fireplace in the master bedroom.
