Festival of the River and Pow Wow

The Stillaguamish Tribe has hosted the Festival of the River and Pow Wow for 24 years. The mission of the Festival is to help people who live and work in the Stillaguamish Watershed and surrounding regions understand how their actions can help make their environment cleaner for people, fish, and wildlife while introducing the community to Native American traditional dances and culture.

This is a family and pet friendly event held at River Meadows County Park in Arlington, with unique events for the entire family to enjoy. Activities include Native American Pow Wow, children's activities, a circus troupe from Whatcom County, free music entertainment by nationally-known bands, logging demonstration, fly tying, storytelling, traditional salmon bake, interpretive trail walks, 5K Fun Run, vendors and educators from around the region and so much more!

This years' music headlines include Jonny Lang, Leon Russell, Lee Brice and the Henningsens.

Doors open at 10am Saturday and Sunday, cost is $5 for parking until 4pm and $10 after 4pm. Admission into the festival and concerts is free! More information at www.festivaloftheriver.com.
