Bellevue Festival of the Arts

This is a daily event, running from July 26, 2013 through July 28, 2013. NE 8th St at Bellevue Way NE Bellevue, WA 206-363-2048 Website
The Bellevue Festival of the Arts is celebrating nearly three decades of artistic excellence and local pride! Widely regarded as one of the best local arts festivals in the nation, the Bellevue Festival of the Arts takes place along with two other art fairs and is committed to community involvement and charitable activities. With over 100,000 annual attendees and hundreds of talented artists, this is one outdoor festival you definitely don’t want to miss.

Consistently ranked as one of the top fine arts festivals in the nation, Bellevue Festival of the Arts features hundreds of artisans and thousands of works, including jewelry, photography, textiles, glass, fine art, woodwork, and sculpture. Every artist featured is the result of a careful and highly selective juried participation process. After the festival begins, all artists’ work and presentations are then evaluated by an on-site jury and roughly 30% are invited to return the next year. This dedication to excellence ensures that only the highest-quality artists and presenters are on display.

In addition to the plethora of works to look at, Bellevue Festival of the Arts will also feature live musical performances by local artists. Experience Washington’s vibrant music scene while viewing local art and enjoying popular Northwest food and beverages.

The Bellevue Festival of the Arts is free to the public, but prides itself on being committed to change both at home and abroad. Proceeds raised at the event benefit not just charities on the Eastside and in Seattle but around the world. Net proceeds have been donated to many worthy organizations and causes, including Fare Start, Lifelong AIDS Alliance, the Seattle Indian Center, Solar Cookers International and Overlake Hospital.

Join us at the festival July 26th through 28th along NE 8th St at Bellevue Way NE. Hours are 10AM to 8PM on Friday and Saturday, and 10AM to 6PM on Sunday. Bring out friends and family for an adventurous weekend of art and celebration!
