The 2013 headlining act is Lee Oskar, Danish harmonica player who contributed to the band War and who composed and recorded hits like ‘Low Rider’ and ‘Why Can’t We Be Friends’. Other acts include seven-time Native American Music Awards winner Jim Boyd, Mia Vermillion, and Alice Stuart. From pop to classic rock, rhythm, and blues, the Westport Blues Festival aims to celebrate music’s inherent vibrancy and originality. Kick back and relax with our award-winning performers playing you off into an evening of sandy beaches, incredible music, and unbeatable atmosphere.
In addition to the musical performances, take time out of the day to appreciate the beautiful marina esplanade. Experience some of Washington’s finest beer and wine at Westport Brewery, Cranberry Coast Winery & Bog Beer Brewery, and the Westport Winery. Take in the surroundings with fresh seafood and delicious dinner with a loved one before walking back to the Westport Inn
