SEATTLE -- The Washington Huskies moved up another rung on the AP Top 25 college football poll released Monday to No. 16 after beating Idaho State 56-0 on Saturday.

The Huskies moved up as Michigan dropped from No. 14 to 17 after struggling to defeat Akron and Connecticut its last two games. They are the fourth-highest ranked team in the Pac-12, behind No. 2 Oregon, No. 5 Stanford, and No. 14 UCLA.

Washington remains at No. 20 in the USA Today coaches poll.
