Marshawn Lynch gets his own corn maze in Washington

SEATTLE-- Seahawks star Marshawn Lynch surged his way into NFL lore with his famous Beastquake run during the 2010 playoffs. Now, he has been immortalized in the form of a corn maze.
Well, maybe not immortalized - it's a maze made of corn, after all. But Lynch is this year's honoree at the Rutledge Corn Maze in Tumwater, Wash.
The maze opens to the public on Friday, and the Seahawks running back will make an appearance there on Sept. 1.
"Every year, it's a process to figure out what to do with that maze, and everybody was all about Beast Mode and the Beastquake and the Skittles thing and the Seahawks," said Camille Hemenway, a spokeswoman for the maze. "And it all just came together."
Maze owner Rick Rutledge and his staff put the finishing touches on the Lynch maze last week, after planting the corn in that design in April.
Rutledge has a reputation for creating notable designs. Two years ago, he decided to make a maze in the image of Phill Harris, the "Deadliest Catch" ship captain who died unexpectedly in February 2010. Last year, the maze took the shape of Bella and Edward from the hit "Twilight" book series.

Wow! That is going to be a good time when the corn gets a bit taller. Tackling the maze at night is great! (no pun intended)
This is incredible!
