Recently, we got results back from INRIX’s annual traffic study that showed the top 100 worst traffic trouble spots in the nation. No surprise, Seattle was on that list. A few interesting factoids:

Seattle ranks number 7 on list of worst traffic cities
(The worst 3= Honolulu, LA and San Francisco)
We waste 33 HOURS in traffic every year. Yikes!
The worst time of day for congestion in Seattle would be 5:30p-5:45p on Thursday.
Worst traffic morning: Tuesday morning
Best traffic morning: Friday (duh)
Best hour to commute day or night: 6a to 7a. Although, I’d have to disagree on that one…the 5a hour seems to be most accident-free.
