What does traffic and weather on the “4’s” mean?

Traffic on the "4's" as they say is a KOMO 1000 News Radio thing. What that means is you can get traffic every 10 minutes on the 4's, like 6:04, 6:14, 6:24, 6:34... and so on. We use a little looser format on the TV side. We give traffic and weather together about every 10 minutes or so, but there's no set time like radio has.
