If you get a ticket for running a school bus stop paddle, can you fight that in court?

You can fight any ticket in court. I even know that there are some attorneys who would say you should fight every ticket. They claim the worst that could happen is you plead guilty and pay the ticket. But there is a chance that you might win and save you bundles in insurance rates.

As for your ticket, was it the bus driver that reported you? If so, check out this website: law.justia.com

It will give you the details and protocol drivers and issuing officers have to follow to make the ticket valid.
