What age or size should a child be to sit in the front seat of a car?

In Washington state, the child has to be 5 foot 1 inch and over 100 pounds or the age of 13 to ride in the front street.

If a child has to ride in the front, make sure to push the passenger seat as far away from the dashboard as possible.
