I'm planning a trip to California and just got studded tires on my car. Will I get a ticket in other states for having them?

If you are just going through Oregon and then California... No. Oregon has the same November 1 to April 1st legal studded tire time frame as Washington. And, California allows them Nov 1st until April 30th-- so even longer.
