Can I get a ticket if my passengers refuse to wear a seat belt when I'm driving?By Rachelle Murcia
Yes. If your passengers are under the age of 16 and not restrained, you can get a ticket. If the passenger is 16 years old or older, you won't get a ticket but your passenger will. It's $124.
