We all stand in front of a green screen. Our maps are chroma keyed over the green screen. The way we see them is through monitors mounted on both sides of the green wall. So, when we turn sideways, we see what you all see at home and that's how we know where to point. Honestly, it takes some time getting used to it, but without those monitors, we'd all be all over the place.
