Strange clouds over Seattle - was it a funnel cloud?

"Captain Jack," a retired air pilot, captured these photos of what looks like a funnel cloud just west of Seattle on Saturday evening.
The photo was taken at 7:15 p.m. looking west. Jack says he lives on Kent East Hill about 5 miles south of Sea-Tac Airport.
"I swear it is a funnel cloud," he wrote in an e-mail to me. "I wish I had taken more photos as it slowly dissipated. It was clearly rotating clockwise as the top finally came out of the main cloud and did dissipate."
He says he's seen a few funnel clouds over his career and it "sure looked like one."
Anyone else notice this cloud?
Speaking of funnel clouds, there was a confirmed one in Hawaii earlier this month -- actually this looks like it's at least one, possibly two waterspouts.
