Don't catch that raindrop -- it belongs to the state

In the land of the never ending "chance of showers" forecast, it would make environmental sense that residents would capture the water that falls from the sky 154 days a year here to recycle into other uses such as watering the plants or flushing the toilet.

But beware, because doing so is actually against Washington State Law.
