Not that we need even more ways to make it rain around here, but an article in Cosmos Magazine (not to be confused with Cosmo Magazine) says a study printed in the Journal of Applied Meteorology and Climatology has found some modest improvement in creating rainfall when cloud seeding techniques are applied.
