Powerful storm rolls through Idaho's Treasure Valley
Remember that big storm that hit here earlier this week? It was still ornery when it made it over to Idaho. Take a look at these photos courtesy of our sister station in Boise, KBOI-TV.

BOISE - A powerful storm moved through the Treasure Valley Friday afternoon and especially targeted a southeast Boise neighborhood.

Damage has been reported in Surprise Valley including down trees, shingles, barbecues and even fences.

No word yet whether an actual tornado occurred, however.

There are also reports that a funnel cloud was spotted near Garden City although that has yet to be confirmed.

Idaho Power reports that 1,700 people are without power in the Boise, Meridian, and Kuna areas.
