Let it be known the end came at 3:12 a.m. on Dec. 21

It had been talked about for what seemed like forever. Some dreaded it; a few celebrated it, some movies have been based on it, and of course, it came as no surprise as the calendar clearly showed it was coming.
But at 3:12 a.m. (Pacific Time) the world reached the end of its journey.
Good bye autumn, many of us will miss you.
Now, the planet begins a new journey as its relative tilt to the sun at the North Pole starts its annual trek back toward the sun. The days will soon be longer, the nights will be shorter, and a few months from now, the temperatures will begin climbing.
But in the meantime, we welcome the dawn of... a new season.
Winter.
(Depending on how it shapes up, some might have rather have an alternate ending :) )
The world actually did end on the 21st. We're living in the matrix now.Â
Only way I can figure, it is all those preservatives in the processed foods that has extended my life past the Mayan date of ultimate doom. Or maybe, they just said that is far enough out, so whatever.Â
Â
Mmm. Plenty of Snickers and egg nog just few hours away. Santa is still doing his duty and quite tired!
Â
Merry Christmas folks. God Bless.
I can't believe that autumn is already over. This year went by so fast...
Now, maybe they can put this nonsense to rest for awhile. Perhaps these people who keep predicting all these ends need to get a life.
Autumn is done and so is the end of the world. Oh wait actually it's just winter. Funny how the Mayans predicted the world to end on 12-21-12. What is the next prediction the world will end on 12-21-2112? What happened to the Mayans?
 @nwsportstilidie The Mayans never actually predicted the end of the world. The media and other morons just attached that significance to the end of the long count calendar. Kind of ridiculous actually. The end of their calendar was like the end of an annual calendar for us. The world does not end every Dec 31st, we just get a new calendar. In the case of the Mayans the long count just starts over. I am amazed at how the Mayans knew so much about space without any telescopes or technology of any kind though. Intriguing to say the least.
 @nwsportstilidie Actually, the Mayans did NOT predict the world would end, other people thought they did based on the supposed end of some writing on a rock. Just like the gregorian calendar repeats itself every 400 years, the Mayan calendar repeats itself every x number of years (articles I've read don't even agree on that).
@Commenter87643 @nwsportstilidie yes people like those on that stupid history channle with that show ancient aliens. and the lost books of Nostrodumbass. believe in junk like this.
 @wynooheeman Funny thing is that Nostradamus will always be remembered while you will be forgotten a few years after you die
 @wynooheeman  @Commenter87643  @nwsportstilidie Nostradumbass?  really?
Damn, I was watching for it and missed it. Oh well, next time in 240,000 years I guess.
 @LongBeachBum Yeah, I'm kinda bummed I slept through it. I thought it would at least make a big thump and wake me up, or *something*.....
Ok kids, let's go back to school. No one, except for the media and certain fundamentalists ever said this time is the end of the world. This time marks the planet's move into the Photon Band; our movement into the next Age; a ramp up of our Ascension process; and an evolution into Unity Consciousness and away from Duality and that which goes with it (war, violence, weapons, etc). If you think nothing happened than it didn't. We felt plenty, but then again, we stopped and prayed and meditated. The energies are gentle right now, so if you are looking for a bunch of fireworks, then ask for them and see what you'll get. If you need a big sign, then just ask. Don't get stuck, just feel more love than before and you'll start to feel what you're looking for
 @I AM CATALYST5 I AM Wasn't fundamentalists: it was New Age Spiritualists and their "channeled" demons / fantasies.
Considering how many people believed it, I couldn't find anyone willing to make a  wager on it.
 @Gadsden Would be a pretty one-sided bet I think...
For everyone who really thought that the world was coming to an end, I would like to know......How foolish do you feel now?Â
 @Just my say Probably as foolish as those who believed the Y2K debacle.
 @Just my say Well, if they're right... then we're all dead. It's a lose-lose. I'm kinda disappointed nothing interesting happened (other than the sun coming out!).
 @Just my say They cannot hear you they are still locked in there bunkers ;-)
 @Al Frank Well, with the way the world is looking now, I wouldn't mind being locked in a bunker somewhere. That really does sound peaceful right about now. LOL
 @Just my say Like those people who predict the rapture. I always laugh at them.Â
 @iliketurtlez  @Just my say lol, yeah, especially since the Bible clearly states that no man knows the hour when it will occur.
 @wynooheeman  @MoonDragonWitch  --- MoonDragon, I don't know what verses you're talking about. He did visit lots of people after His resurrection, and it's quite possible that He has visited those people, but that wouldn't mean that he's saying that's when he'll begin his Millenial Reign. Matthew 24:36 KJV says, "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only."
@MoonDragonWitch @GermanAmericanNOTWhiteCaucasian @iliketurtlez @Just my say were did it say that?
 @GermanAmericanNOTWhiteCaucasian  @iliketurtlez  @Just my say unless you count the verses where Jesus told his followers (those right in front of him when he was speaking) that he would return before they died...
