Proof it really did snow in Seattle

Seattleites awoke to the old familiar green lawns and wet pavement, but did you know it really did snow in the city Monday night?
Jonathan Cooper of Seattle Image Photography was up very early and hanging around Seattle Center, hoping to catch a glimpse of the elusive Seatttle snowflakes and was rewarded with about a 15 minute snow shower.
With the wind flow nearly due west, Seattle was lucky to get those 15 minutes since we were stuck in the Olympic Rain ("Snow") Shadow. But areas to the south and north of the Olympics had a little better luck getting hit with snow showers.
Snow totals range from about 1/2" to 2" across much of the area, with a few spots nearing 4" around Olympia.
Here are some snow totals, as reported by the Community CoCoRahs Observers:
9.8" Mineral
2-4" Near Olympia
4" Graham
3.5" Onalaska
2.7" North Bend
2" Shelton
1.5" Near Port Angeles
1.5" Montesano
1.5" Puyallup
1" Edgewood
1" Tacoma
1" Renton
1" Yelm
1" Sequim
1" Chehalis
1" Tumwater
0.6" Auburn
0.3" Lake Stevens
0.2" Everett
My whole Komo account was wiped! Is this the case for anyone else or am I the only one??
Â
Anyhow, I registered again, cos I felt the need to question...What part of Everett only had 0.2" of snow?! I had nearly 3" at my place...
Its all a conspiracy.
Wow, we really have to prove it now? So much time on our hands....
@monkeylavender So much rain on our heads...Â
If you have to "prove" it, than what's the point?
