We call it private enterprise in a public space. Of course, there are plenty of candy canes around, over and above this path. Not one to rest on his laurels, Bob has moved into the blow mold figure game. As of this week, he has 88 of them on display-and more in the garage. Bob searches eBay, Craigslist, and second hand stores, collecting a wide variety of new plastic friends. Check out the candy cane factory. Sign the guest book. Spin the naughty or nice wheel.
