Featured Wednesday Dec. 21 @ 6 p.m. If this house looks like it was decorated by an artist, you would be right on the mark. Lee is an artist, showman, and neighborhood booster. He decorates his house for several holidays, Christmas (obviously), Halloween and Fourth of July. Lee is happiest when crowds line his sidewalk.
Lee has a great deal of affection for each and every piece of art in his cramped front yard. He knows the history of each item/where he got them, and in some cases what he
paid for them. His acquisitions include 150 blow up figures. Some decorations are stored in his basement for years, then returned to the yard-giving each years’ display a fresh look.
Several of the pieces in this 2011 display have never been seen before. So park the car. You certainly cannot see the detail in this display and hear the crazy mix of Christmas tunes without getting up close.
