according to the farmers almanac [if they r 2 b believed], a lot of spiders in the fall means a hard winter ahead
last weekend i left my car parked in the same spot [3 days next 2 trees/fence]-there were at least 6 webs attached 2 it mon morn!

i've seen them everywere this year too. I knew it was going to be a big year when 3 nests hatched on my car! I try to avoid them as well cause they do a ton of good! I'd rather have 1 spider in my house and no ants then tons of ants and no spider.

kill them all they are so annoying they need to stay outside in the woods not in the corner of my shower and the bottom of my bathtub or on my back pack when i go to school

It was a very humid summer which spiders love. We had a very large variety this year, including the large wood spider which can jump from your ceiling to your head with just a bat of your hand. "take care holloween is coming" no fake spiders.

Can anyone tell me why there seem to be so many spiders this year?? And I mean the BIG ones!! The spiders around my house are so big, my cat won't even go near them. However, I'm w/ Meredith! I wouldn't like it if someone tore down my home.

I watch where I'm going, manage to avoid most of the many beautiful web complexes on our property, and actually apologize to the spider when I do snag a web. OK, so I'm a bit weird on top of careful.

They do a lot of good. Keep your eyes open and leave them alone.

Quite annoying to have them in your face all the time
