22 ft boat, SS chev truck and 1981 Monte Carlo Totaled by sleepy driver

22 ft C-Dory goes airborn for 50ft

Man fell asleep while driving ran stop sign. Drove 110 ft onto my property and hit the C dory knocking it off the trailer it was on over the cab of my SS chev truck through the air and landing on sons monte carlo the it traveled another 40 ft sliding on lawn. All this happened 08/12/2010. The truck was owned by B&M logging Inc and was insured by Liberty Northwest , Liberty Mutual Ins company. It has been a fight every since it happened. I have gotten notice from Lewis co code inforcement there was a complaint about the mess. I forewarded that letter to Ins company and they said they would not be responsable for any fines do to the wrecked cars and debris.I think 10 weeks is an extream amount of time for this not to be taken care of. The will not pay me what I have documented investing into my sons car. They told me I put 4300.00 into a 2500.00 car. Well that dont set right with me I refuse to loose money over someone elses mistake. They are doing the same thing on my truck and buildings. Can anybody tell me how to get them to make me whole again? Im so stressed out over thier tactics I just want to screem. On top of all that I have a heart condition. How do these guys get away with the way they treat people?

If they've decided to nickel and dime you, go to the best attorney in town. I suggest paying them an hourly rate. Your settlement should be bigger (even after attorney fees) and sooner.
