The crowd of miniature ghouls and little devils mingled with tiny fairies and princesses at the Proctor Street Trick of Treat event. Holding out their pumpkin bags with shy trick or treats and thanks to receive the offerings of costumed local business. The hundreds of parents were delighted to bring their children to a safe and exciting walk through the Proctor District on a pleasant Halloween evening.
