This photo was taken from Badger Mountain, east of Wenatchee between East Wenatchee and Waterville in Eastern Washington. The shadow to the left is cause by Mt Rainier being between us and the sun. Time of this shot was 4:20pm Wednesday 11/29/2010, the day before Thanksgiving. Our approximate elevation is 3860 feet. Outside temperature at the time of the shot was -3.2° with 6 to 12 inches of snow on the ground. Clear days produce a stunning view of Mt Rainier.
