trapped bird in tree

There is a trapped bird in a tree behind my home. I have been trying all morning to get some help for this bird. It is located in a preserve behind Martha Lake Village. 16807 6th Ave West, Lynnwood. Is here any way you can help?

The bird has been rescued by a fellow named Jim, that privately rescues animals. I got his name and number from Pratt Pest Control. Fish and Wildlife is picking up the bird, but it seems to be doing fine!

It's hard for to tell from the photo but the bird is up approx 4 stories and is surrounded by overgrown blackberry bushes that would have to hacked through to even gain access to the tree. Are there any tree services out there that could help?

I've contacted Animal Control, Fish & Wildlife, Fish & Wildlife Law Enforcement, Paws, Sarvey Wildlife, the Fire Department & finally 911....and nobody can do anything about it?!? Now what?

I would suspect that if the bird had a stable platform to stand on (a shelf or stick) then it would be able to get its wing free. As it is right now, the bird couldn't possibly shake it free. 2c
