Puyallup River rising

Increased rain & elevating freezing level raises river levels. Puyallup river flow increased dramatically in the past few hours from its usual 3500 cubic feet per second to 10500 cubic feet per second. Gauge readings also increasing from normal 12 feet to 17 feet.
