Search for boat in Elliott Bay

This didn't make the news, but there was a call out for a "water rescue" on Thursday, December 30th 2010. The report said that a small boat had capsized and that there was somebody inside. Seattle Fire, US Coast Guard and an Argosy Cruises boat helped out in the search. I'm not sure what the outcome was.
