i just got off work at 2:00pm, in lynnwood got on the freeway at 2:10pm at 196 going northbound I5 home all lane was close i was in traffic for about 40min. i was in the middle lane about 50 cars back somehow HOV lane open and i pass by i saw a body in the middle of the lane cover. i saw police,medical unit, fire truck was there.
