Vashon Gas Price

It is hilarious that most people think $3.60 is a lot for a gallon of gas. Well, you'll really have a laugh if you come to Vashon. Over here we have surpassed the $4.00 mark, we are at $4.25. Most of us Islanders would rather go over to Seattle or Tacoma to get our gas, even if we do have to pay ferry fare. They say the price is so high because the fuel trucks have to pay extra to get to the Island. Well I say, it's way too high. Too bad that it is only going to get worse. So if you want to come to Vashon, fill up before coming on, or you will pay!

How much does gas cost on Orcas Island? Us islanders have it hard. By the way, it's not a very small island. You have to drive everywhere. Yeah, although in Europe they have more public transportation options. On Vashon we have two bus routes. :)

$8 per gallon in europe. They still spend less on fuel than your big gas guzlin cars.
