Authentic Giving and Receiving

Be the Gift is Back for Mother's Day

In January Be the Gift was featured in the Stanwood/Camano Island newspaper for their generous team event. Be the Gift, along with local residents, organized a team of over 30 volunteers to help a local couple in need, demonstrating their company’s vision of creating a stronger community connection.

Donatello Flowers and Gifts has invited Be the Gift back to this area for a Mother’s Day Celebration. This unique gift shop will be filled with beautiful flowers, candles, bath and body items as well as raffle prizes and sweet treats. Special guests, Be the Gift authors Susan Glavin, Angie Cherry, Debbie Oliver and Cheri Anderson will be available to sign and personalize each book for the special mom in your life. These four women put together an inspirational collection of quotes and original stories to encourage authentic giving and receiving, creating deeper connections with those you care about.

Everyone is invited. Come recognize all of the wonderful moms, and meet and talk with the authors about their book, table game and very unique gift cards. Learn more about Be the Gift’s message at

This event will be held on Saturday, May 7th from 11am to 4pm. Donatello Flowers and Gifts is located at 702 Commercial Avenue, Anacortes, WA 98221.
