No - this is what happens when a new development goes in, and all of the old developments around it have been dumping their water onto someone else's property inappropriately!

My Little brother and wife and there family have been flooded out of ther home for the second time in a year and they live in a HUD ran apartment complex in Chehalis. They have 4 children all under the age of 6.And there baby is sick.
