I'm sure many of you heard about the raid on a Centralia Co-Op: http://www.chronline.com/image_5444ce32-...03286.html

What you may not have heard is that this bust was facilitated by an undercover officer using a fake MMJ authorization in clear violation of the law.

Dan Mack is now facing 46 years in prison for volunteering at a co-op. The 4 charges he's facing are delivery of a controlled substance (2 counts), possession over 40 grams (1 count), and 1 count of maintaining a property to distribute a controlled substance. The prosecutor offered what they feel is a generous deal: Plead guilty and get 20 years. Needless to say, Dan pled not guilty.

Unfortunately, Dan has a public defender that, as usual, is completely useless. He does not have the money to hire an attorney to properly defend himself.

If you do NOT want this case to set a very dangerous precedence in Washington State MMJ law, then please help Dan now.

Cultures have always sought alternative states or frame of mind since recorded time. I believe education will prevail and that someday marijuana will be seen as leisure drug the same as alcohol.

Actually THC is not the only active and medically valuable cannabinoid. I suggest you do your research before spouting off untruths, "oldsoldier."

DON'T support 'medical marijuana'---it is a copout, a sham, a scam, period. It is nothing more than the attempt to get stoned legally, period. THC can be synthetically produced, works EXACTLY the same w/o the high, yet they won't take it. Bunk.
